By downloading or using Taily, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Taily is a shared pet care tracking app for households. You may use Taily for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Taily uses anonymous Firebase authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you share a household, all members have equal access to household data.
You retain ownership of content you create (notes, photos, pet names). By uploading content, you grant Taily a limited license to store and display it within your household. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Taily offers optional tips (donations) and a Premium subscription via Apple's in-app purchase system. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
The free tier of Taily supports 1 pet and core features. Additional pets and premium features require a Premium subscription. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Taily at any time with reasonable notice.
Taily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or harm resulting from use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taily's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Taily after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
